Lamellon Façades

LAMELLON products can serve as a finish for ventilated suspended facade envelopes to achieve a protective layer from atmospheric conditions and an aesthetic finish to the building. The cladding itself does not necessarily provide water tightness, but rather a finishing layer that protects against the direct penetration of water and wind into the building structure. The elements are installed on a supporting substructure, which is usually composed of aluminum profiles. The installation is hidden. There are no visible fasteners. The feathers, on which the fasteners of one element are placed, are "nipped" with the feathers of the next. The slats are installed both horizontally and vertically. There are system kits for finishing corners (external and internal), finishing window frames, as well as forming perforated intake/outlet areas for the air ventilating in the facades. LAMELLON products allow the creation of an arbitrary joint, which most often varies between 0 and 20 mm. LAMELLON facades are built on both residential and office buildings as massive fields or as an accent. Fully lined booths and vans acquire a distinctly industrial style. Materials: steel sheet with polyester coating, aluminum sheet with electrostatic or PVDF coating, copper and zinc.
